“This actually is benefiting the banks, because they do not have to write them off as losses until after the homes  are put into foreclosure”

Most people read this story [Foreclosure limbo: Staying without paying.] and see it as people beating the banks for a short term period.  Many of them have, but i look at this information from the eyes of the rest of the economy.  What this really means is not only are these homes in limbo for the owners they are in limbo for the banks.  Until these court cases are settled and the homes are put properly into foreclosure they get to float on the market as statistical anomalies.  This actually is benefiting the banks, because they do not have to write them off as losses until after the homes  are put into foreclosure.  Image what kind of trouble these huge banks would be in with another 4.2 million write offs, you are looking at billions more in losses most likely.  THIS IS BAD FOR THE ECONOMY AND SHOULD BE STOPPED.

The Self-Proclaimed “Most Epic Beer Commercial Ever” Is Probably the Most Epic Beer Commercial Ever

[The Self-Proclaimed \"Most Epic Beer Commercial Ever\" Is Probably the Most Epic Beer Commercial Ever]

Best Quote from Jesus Diaz

“Then, when I saw the DeLorean monster truck, I wanted to bathe in the stuff and hug the producers. I don’t know Hahn Beer tastes, but when I go to Australia, I’m planning to have a few pints. [Thanks Oscar!]“

With live TV becoming a standard function on the Xbox live platform cable TV companies are in hot water and will be going under soon.  You already pay them for your internet access you don’t need to pay them for TV as well.  There have almost always been alternative to TV on the internet but none function as nicely as the new Xbox Live TV does.

Cost comparison

Cable TV = about $80 per month

You can get everything Cable offers and more for cheaper on Xbox Live

Xbox Live = $60 per year/12 month = $5 per month

Netflix on Xbox = $5.99 per month (streaming only)

Hulu TV = $8.99 per month

ESPN 1-8 = Free

Live TV = Free (commercial supported)

That means that Xbox cost per month cost is $19.98 per month, even if you throw in the cost of internet at $30 per month you will still be getting all of the feature of your cable TV for just over half the cost. ($49.98 per month) — oh yeah and you get the benefit of being a part of the largest console online gaming community in the world.

Wow there are multiple times i think i am about to watch a biker or a walker get killed in this video.  Just another reason to not like New York City in my opinion. But this video is pretty sweet.

If you think the punishment that USC received for what they allowed Reggie Bush to do while he was in school was harsh, you might want to look away when they drop the bomb in OSU.

This may be one of the worst hammer drops on a program in the history of college football, even surpassing the SMU pay for play scandal.  [Why the OSU case is worse than that of USC ] A recent discovered paper trail of funds from a signature sales men making their way into Pryor’s bank account via CHECK (I mean come on you couldn’t think of a better way to pay him).

If any of this report is true OSU may not even be a factor in college football for years, I am betting a NCAA ban from post season for at least 5 years.  Also I would assume the same offers made to USC players will be available to the current player being allowed to transfer.

This could be a sad day for the BIG10.  Not because everyone likes the F*ckeyes, but because it will seriously hurt the reputation of the conference as a whole.  Also I wonder which Ohio team will pick up the slack on these recruits.
