Homeless Don’t Care about Housing Prices…But If You Do I Can Tell You Your Home Is Worth 33.1 % Less On Average Than It Was In 2006

With the housing market still not recovering any economic recovery is still questionable  in my opinion.  For the majority of Americans their house  is the biggest asset they own and they are still down over 30%.  I would also be keeping an eye on foreclosures. There are still many that are getting processed through the banks and will be arriving on the market in the next couple of years. For those of you trying to sell homes this is bad news, but if you are renting now is the time to buy, the housing market won’t drop much further and in many cities across the country it is cheaper to buy than it is to rent right now.
